A. Downloading and Installing ChurchBells:
1. "The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and..."
(This is a result of an XP Service Pack update gone bad... the link above should fix this.)
2. I want to download it but install it onto a machine with no internet.
(Simply go to the link above and download, then burn the CD as described.)

3. Can I use ChurchBells on Vista?
(Technically, No.  But if you want to help beta test a beta Vista version,  go to the link above and try it.)
4. The churchxx.zip files are corrupt when I try to open them
(Those files are not real zip files; my installer uses them.  Please follow directions at the link above.)
5. I keep getting corrupt downloads
(Please try the downloads on a reliable broadband connected system.  It no luck then email me.)
6. "Badger unable to connect to internet" (for downloading ChurchBells)
(You probably have a firewall or proxy.  Please download the CustomCB.exe from the link above.)
7. "Some installation files are corrupt..."
(Please re-download, and if installing from a CD, please leave CD in when you run ChurchBells for the first time.)

B. Licensing/Registering or Re-Licensing/Re-Registering ChurchBells:
1. My old computer died (or upgraded) and I need to get a new code.
     I sent you the demo code for one machine but I really need to license the other one.
     I sent you the wrong demo code (had a typo, etc...) and need to do the right code
     I entered the full code I got but it says my 30 days are up or almost up
     I purchased a license and I need to get the full code.
     (These are good reasons to try using use the activation form at the above link.)

2. "Bad Registered User"...  I'm not so bad, why is it calling me names?
(This is an XP issue.  It is harmless... please ignore.  Please feel free to check for a new version of ChurchBells; I am planning to address this issue in the next update of ChurchBells.)

3. Can I use my Organization License with a "Sister Church" (or other belltower site)?
(Sorry, only one BellTower site per license... please register a new license for the second BellTower location.)

4. I don't have a PayPal account.  How can I order [whatever]?
(Don't worry, both PayPal and NorthStar can accept a credit card payment from you no problem.)

5. Nothing seems to change when I register

6. I have been waiting to hear from you, and there seems to be no response.

C. Scheduling/Programing ChurchBells:
1. How do I change the schedule? (I have never done it before)
     I have registered, now how do I get rid of that "shave and a haircut"?
     How do I get the default schedule back?
     Why don't my RND files work?

2. It goes back to the old schedule when I restart ChurchBells.

3. I see my scheduled events but it only chimes; does not play songs.
     I see my scheduled events but it does nothing.
     It is speaking the hour on the hour, but does not chime.

4. How do I get it to chime only on the hour (or half hour or quarter)?
     How do I get it to quit chiming for a while?

5. How can I print copies of my schedule pages?

6. Can the musical selections be "chained" together?

D. More ChurchBells Music:
1. How do I get more bells music?
     I thought I would get more tunes with the Organization license
     How do I get the tunes to be longer?
2. Can I add my own songs? What kinds of sound files can ChurchBells use?
E. ChurchBells not working right (or how do I get things working?):
1. "Please reinstall ChurchBells. This program cannot function..."
     I tried to open the schedule and killed ChurchBells

2. How do I set up my amplifier for remote control?

3. My own seasons/songs (that have longer names) are messing up.

4. The clock drifts (does not keep perfect time)
     Can I sync ChurchBells up with an atomic clock/internet clock?

5. I am in the UK and ChurchBells is messing up with date problems

6. Can I change what sound card ChurchBells uses?
